TIPS FOR GOOD HEALTH

Upon thinking of a GOOD HEALTH, the balance diet and rest, regular exercise, and proper hygien plus process to have peace of mind must be applicable for it.

01 - Take foods and drinks on time, and avoid getting hungry.

02 - Avoid taking meat products except fish, and we must practice of a green and leafy vegetables.

03 - Make a habit to have regular exercise or perspiration at least once or twice a week.

04 - To have perspiration under the heat of a sun can be better and advantage to our health.

05 - Drink enough water depending and according to the nature of our work and to the effort exerts of our body.

06 - Avoid negativity upon thinking  of our problems, instead of keeping in finding ways as to have solutions of it.

07 - Drinking more water as much as you can after rising from bed can be better and advantage just to help disposing our wastes.

08 - Taking more rice will not matter as long as we are having regular exercise, but using corn field is advantage.

09 - If there are available, the fruits, dietary fiber and supplements and detoxifier juice drinks are advantage to our metabolism.

10 - Do not make a habit to drink cold water, especially stressed and after perspiration, or once exposed to the heat of a sun.

11 - Do not take a bath after work or perspiration, especially once already expose to the heat of a sun, instead of using a wet sponge.

12 - Having sexual intercourse or masturbation at least twice or thrice in a week, just to have regular disposal of toxic fluids that bind with our sperms in order to maintain active mind and body.

13 - Do not be sensitive too much of the things and situations that beyond of our control, instead of enjoying every moment comes in our life just to ease the pains in order to find our comfort zone.

14 - Manage to have control our mind as to handle different kinds of a feelings or emotions in whatever situations and reasons, and that will be preventions to irritation and anger that risking of our health.

15 - Do not dream too much for our good future, because it can lead us to stressed, irritation and depression, instead of appreciating and treasuring every opportunity that we can have while facing the reality of our life.

16 - Do not abuse the rights of the others, and be having right understanding and consideration to whatever mistakes they are getting, especially if we do not have enough knowledge to make corrections for them to learn the right of it.
